1. Service Description

"Bappy" is a diary app where AI character Bappy replies to your entries.

2. User Agreement

• By downloading the app and completing registration, a service agreement is established.
• Users under 14 years of age require parental or guardian consent.

3. Service Usage

• Writing and saving diary entries
• Receiving AI character replies
• Premium subscription (optional)

4. Prohibited Activities

• Unauthorized use of others' personal information
• Interfering with normal service operations
• Using the service for illegal purposes

5. Service Changes and Suspension

• Service content may be changed with prior notice.
• Service may be temporarily suspended due to natural disasters, system failures, etc.

6. Disclaimer

• AI replies are for reference only and do not replace professional counseling.
• Users are responsible for the content they create.

7. Account Deletion

Users may delete their account at any time through the app settings.

• You can delete your account via Settings > Account Management > Delete Account.
• Personal information is retained for 30 days after deletion, then permanently removed.
• You can recover your account by logging in again within 30 days.

8. Payment and Refunds

Payment and refunds for premium subscription services are handled as follows:

• Payments are processed through the Apple App Store.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.
• Refunds are processed according to Apple's refund policy.
• You can cancel your subscription in App Store settings.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
